Getting Status on
an Order
To determine the status of
your current order, please e-mail our Customer
Care Dept., and we will strive to respond to your inquiry
by the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
At Rapid Innovations, we
stand behind our service, our products, and our customers. We
believe you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, if for
some reason you are not satisfied, please return the order directly
to us by following these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Care Dept. for return authorization
via e-mail at: customerservice@rafterpro.com
- Return the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will
refund your credit card for the amount of the item. This refund
excludes all postage, shipping and handling charges.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and
shipping boxes, and must be in resaleable and unused condition.
Each product must include the sales slip and explanation for
the return.
We strongly recommend that you return the product via UPS or
FedEx and insure it for the full value.
If your order is damaged, please notify us promptly
by e-mail for return authorization. We will exchange the damaged
item for another unit. .

Payment Options
Rapid Innovations accepts Paypal for credit card payment and checks for call in orders. If you send a check, the check must clear prior to products being sent.

Shipping
Methods & Costs
We ship your order by USPS and have express delivery
available for next day and two-day delivery, every business day.
APO, PPO, FPO military addresses are shipped USPS as well as Alaska,
Hawaii, US Territories, and Post Office Boxes. If you have questions
about your order, call us toll-free at (724) 417-5033 Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
· Standard Delivery:
Shipping Costs are calculated based on price of
item.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days via ground delivery
and are insured for full value of the purchase.
· Express Delivery - 2 Day Air
In stock items will be shipped by the next business
day to arrive within two more business days. Please contact us
for shipping costs.
· Next Day Delivery
In stock items ordered by 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time
will arrive the following business day. Please contact us for
shipping costs.

Sales
Tax
We are required by law to charge Sales Tax on Internet
Orders in the State of Pennsylvania, because we are considered
a Retail Store. The Sales Tax charged is the local Sales Tax to
which the order is being shipped.
